At RithArt, all products are delivered digitally through our web platform. We do not ship any physical goods. When you generate AI images using your purchased credits, the files are delivered instantly within your RithArt account.
1. Instant Digital Delivery
- Once you purchase credits, they are immediately added to your RithArt account.
- AI images generated using these credits are delivered instantly, usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on server load and model processing time.
- Generated images are available for immediate download from your account dashboard.
2. No Physical Shipping
As RithArt provides digital products, there are no shipping costs or physical deliveries involved. All deliveries happen online via our secure servers.
3. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- In rare cases of high server load or technical errors, generation might take longer or fail.
- If your credits are deducted but the image fails to generate, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the generation details.
- We will review your request and, if the issue is verified, restore the used credits to your account.
4. Access to Past Creations
- Please download your files for safekeeping. RithArt is not responsible for loss of files deleted or removed by the user.
- For users who have purchased a credit pack, all generated AI images remain available in your RithArt account unless deleted manually.
- For users who have not purchased any credit pack, all AI images generated through RithArt are available to download for seven days from the date of generation.
