1. Instant Digital Delivery
- Once you purchase credits, they are immediately added to your RithArt account.
- AI images and videos generated using these credits are delivered instantly, usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on server load and model processing time.
2. Video Duration and Format
- All AI videos generated through RithArt are a few seconds long by default.
- Generated images and videos are available for immediate download from your account dashboard.
3. No Physical Shipping
As RithArt provides digital products, there are no shipping costs or physical deliveries involved. All deliveries happen online via our secure servers.
4. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- In rare cases of high server load or technical errors, generation might take longer or fail.
- If your credits are deducted but the image/video fails to generate, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the generation details.
- We will review your request and, if the issue is verified, restore the used credits to your account.
5. Access to Past Creations
- All generated AI images and videos remain available in your RithArt account unless deleted manually.
- Please download your files for safekeeping. RithArt is not responsible for loss of files deleted or removed by the user.
